About the Role
As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring supply chain metrics, developing initiatives to improve data visibility, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing root cause analysis to support decision-making. You will also create documentation for processes and continuously work on improving reporting and procedures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of related experience.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL).
- Experience with ERPs and resource planning functions (SAP, Netsuite, Oracle).
- Sound understanding of business drivers and financial impacts related to inventory and cash flow.
Preferred:
- Experience combining data from various sources for cross-functional analytics.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory, DC operations, and logistics.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Customer-oriented focus and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
