As a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Health - Performance Improvement, you will be responsible for optimizing and transforming the supply chain function of the organization. Your key responsibilities include designing and implementing processes for acquiring products and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring a sustainable supply chain. You will also contribute to impactful projects and apply your expertise to overcome challenges.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of health care supply chain experience.
- Technical skills in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
- Experience in outsourcing advisory and cost reduction.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to work on complex issues and analyze situations requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Experience in providing limited supervision on day-to-day work.
- Capability to provide guidance to junior colleagues.
