Summary
ZwitterCo is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire supply chain planning process in Woburn, MA. The role involves ensuring efficient resource management and meeting customer demands while minimizing costs.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, lead demand planning processes, manage inventory, analyze KPIs, collaborate with suppliers, and mentor supply chain planners. You will also ensure compliance with regulations and oversee external manufacturing processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of supply chain experience.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in supply chain management tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain standards and best practices.
- Water industry experience/toll coating.
