About You
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Consulting, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing with direct plant floor exposure.
- Strong project management skills with successful project improvement delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data historians (e.g., OSIsoft), data tags, and high-value use cases.
- Experience with MES and/or AMS.
- Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in Visio, Access, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Professional certifications (CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, TPM, Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
