Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Supply Chain Project Specialist to join their team in Lorton, VA. The role involves supporting supply chain projects and coordinating activities across different teams within the organization.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Project Specialist, you will assist with communication between program teams and Global Supply Chain operations, support process improvements, manage supplier performance metrics, and maintain documentation. You will also participate in meetings, assist with procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage bulk purchasing strategies.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
Experience owning process improvement initiatives within supply chain.
Experience facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Experience creating reports, maintaining dashboards, and preparing presentations.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of supplier performance, quality management, and risk mitigation.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
2+ years of experience using JIRA or other project management software and tools.
2+ years of experience using Infor Source-to-Pay or Costpoint Manufacturing.
