About the Role

As a Supply Chain Specialist II, you will perform daily activities within the Supply Chain team, including inventory ordering and replenishment, receiving, and managing equipment and linen. You will act as a functional expert, providing advice and assistance, and will work to meet established key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, managing special projects, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent; or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Effective communication skills with patients, visitors, and staff.
Computer literate with MMIS software experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly under pressure.
Good organizational skills and critical thinking ability.

Preferred:

Five years’ work experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare processes and supply chain.
Associates degree in a related field.
Lean/Six Sigma experience.
