About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, demand planning, or similar cross-functional roles.
- Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and VBA.
- Experience with dashboard creation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP and demand forecasting systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with AI tools and software like Netsuite, Airtable & Zendesk.
