Summary
IPG is seeking a Supply Planner I to join their Supply Chain team in Sarasota, FL. The role involves managing the Supply Network Planning process for finished goods.
About the Role
As a Supply Planner I, you will be responsible for creating and documenting processes, establishing materials plans, developing tactical supply plans, achieving customer fill rates, resolving conflicts on shared assets, and participating in Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning processes. You will also engage with various departments to incorporate customer and business requirements into production planning.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA in a Business discipline, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or Logistics.
- 1-5 years of supply planning experience in a multi-product / multi-locations environment.
- Ability to communicate with Plants, Sales, Marketing and Product Managers.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Logility Planning software or comparable planning application.
- Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
- Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and adapt.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in scenario planning and financial analysis.
- Ability to travel 10-25%.
