About the Role
As a Support Assistant / PCA, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks, performing basic medical procedures such as wound care and EKGs, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients. You will also be required to document clinical information accurately and follow care plans as directed by nursing staff.
About You
Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), EMT-B, Medical Assistant Program Graduate, or currently enrolled in a Nursing Program with 80 hours of clinicals completed.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of prior health care experience in a hospital setting.
