About the Role
As a Support Delivery Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for vendor client tickets regarding network technologies, identify root causes, and conduct advanced analysis for troubleshooting. You will also attend training sessions to obtain required certifications and provide support to customers where the product is highly technical.
About You
Required:
- >1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Some college required - education in network engineering or relevant work experience desired.
- Cisco CCNA certification.
- CompTIA Net+ certification.
- Sec+ certification.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Industry recognized certifications in any technology.
