- High school graduate.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current, valid license in North Carolina.
- CPR certified and able to attend in-service training and staff meetings.
- Ability to make decisions regarding nursing and unit problems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and perform various jobs.
- Genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
