About You
Required:

- Experience coordinating group activities, preferably with disadvantaged individuals.
- Valid Class C driver's license.
Preferred:
- 4-year degree or higher with at least 2 years of case management experience working with older adults or individuals with differing abilities.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and related services.
