About You
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, or behavioral health.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid NYS driver's license and ability to travel locally.
- Supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
- Experience in managing complex cases and employment barriers.
