About You
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with mental disabilities.
- A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Experience in developing Individual Support Plans.
- Training in interviewing, hiring, and employee relations.
