About the Role
As a Supportive Living Coordinator, you will be responsible for effective management of assigned residential services, directly supervising Supported Living Team Members, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will represent Creative Foundations at various meetings, maintain individual files, and ensure quality service delivery. Additionally, you will conduct staff trainings, participate in quality assurance processes, and coordinate with other departments to meet the needs of individuals served.
About You
Required:
- 2 years of supervisor experience in the developmental disabilities field.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals receiving services.
- Proof of high school diploma or G.E.D.
