About You
- Associate's Degree or completion within two years of hire or a combination of college education and certification (CHAM or equivalent certification).
- 2 years of Patient Access or related experience with equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 - 2 years of lead/supervisor or management experience.
- Advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business related field.
- 3+ years of Patient Access and Patient Financial Services experience.
- 2 - 3 years of lead/supervisor or management experience.
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM).
