About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales.
- 5+ years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switchgear sales.
- Experience leading outside and inside sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work remotely and travel 50% of the time across the US and Canada.
- Strong value-based selling and interpersonal skills.
