- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certified within 30 days of employment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Experience within the healthcare industry managing medical products and equipment.
- Basic proficiency with personal computers and applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior process improvement experience.
