About the Role
As a Surgical Tech Assistant, you will be responsible for training staff on the use and maintenance of technology equipment, providing technical support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues, coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance, assisting in the setup of audio-visual equipment for educational programs, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology.
About You
Required:
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Professional, Final Cut Pro and Avid editing programs.
- Strong team building skills to work with the direct team.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to exercise objective judgment in critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and service-recovery skills.
- Ability to work in high-stress environment.

- Flexible and willing to make changes.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in Science, Medical, or Technology field.
- Audio visual experience.
- Navigation experience.
