About the Role
As a Surgical Technologist/ Scrub Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the sterility of all supplies and instruments, assisting the surgical team, performing counts of sponges, needles, and instruments, and maintaining accurate physician preference cards. You will also interact with patients and visitors, assist in infection control, and participate in emergency preparedness drills.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology (Certification required)
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in a surgical setting
