About the Role
As a Survey Instrument Operator, you will work under the direct supervision of an experienced professional, assisting with daily crew workloads and performing various types of surveys including boundary, topography, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys. You will set up and operate survey equipment, perform survey calculations, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, with relevant experience considered.
- Ability to work outside in all seasons and travel as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- College or technical courses in mathematics and surveying.
- Prior Instrument Operator experience.
- Familiarity with field procedures for performing boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
