You will mentor junior associates, support operational excellence, and work with cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes while navigating complex project environments.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in capital projects
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Engineering & Management, Finance, or Finance & Technology
- Certification(s) such as Engineer in Training (EIT) or Project Management certifications
- Experience managing capital project development and execution
- Familiarity with project tools like AI, Data Analytics, and BIM
- Ability to lead workstreams to deliver projects on time and budget
- Experience leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve quality
- Skill in distilling complex data into clear executive messaging
- Adaptability to new technical areas and leveraging learnings
- Initiative in improving internal processes
