As a Sustainability - Technology and AI Manager, you will supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of initiatives with business goals while maintaining ethical standards in AI deployment. Your responsibilities include developing secure and scalable architectures for generative AI applications, integrating AI models into existing systems, and promoting advanced frameworks and practices in AI.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Information Technology
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Experience deploying AI solutions for sustainability
- Skilled in ML/AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, CrewAI)
- Knowledge of foundational and open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT-5, Claude 4, Llama 4, DeepSeek)
- Competence in vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval augmentation (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
- Proven track record with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and containerization
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
