About the Role
As a Sustaining Reliability Laboratory Technician, you will collaborate with test engineers to install, configure, and maintain test properties across various propulsion test equipment. Your responsibilities will include executing tests, troubleshooting failures, fabricating test fixtures, creating standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in a technology field or relevant experience or 2+ years of technical experience.
- Knowledge of equipment for laboratory testing.
- Familiarity with thermal chambers, high voltage battery testing, and/or large dynamometer systems.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and computers.
- Ability to write clear standard operating procedures.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of reliability testing.
- Possesses high voltage certifications.
- Knowledge of high and low voltage electronics.
- Knowledge of Powertrain systems.
