About the Role
As the SVP Experience Strategy, you will serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, integrating brand strategy with AI, data, and emerging digital capabilities. Your responsibilities include leading executive presentations, influencing client roadmaps, overseeing research integration, and mentoring mid-level strategists. You will also evaluate AI solutions and drive innovation in healthcare marketing.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or omnichannel planning roles, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to shape direction and coach teams on modern, AI-enabled practices.
Preferred:
- Experience advising senior clients on AI, data, and experience strategy.
- Ability to build frameworks and operationalize ways of working that scale AI and data excellence.
