About the Role
As the SVP III, IT Development, you will build and manage a team of software engineers, oversee the engineering function, and implement cloud-based and hybrid strategies for web and mobile applications. You will also support IT leadership functions, manage finances for large IT programs, and ensure the security and scalability of IT systems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or related field.
- 12-15 years progressive Information Technology experience; 5 or more years management and strategic experience in a Financial Services organization.
- 5 or more years of experience with public cloud providers.
- Functional and Technical knowledge of building and managing Customer Self Service platforms (Web & Mobile) for a large financial institution.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred:
- MBA/MS in a related field preferred.
