Summary
Garner Health is seeking a Senior Vice President of People & Talent to join their team in New York City. The role involves leading the full people lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, engagement, and retention.
About the Role
As the Senior Vice President of People & Talent, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee both the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. Your responsibilities will include building scalable systems, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the attraction and growth of extraordinary talent. You will partner with the leadership team on organizational design, establish key people metrics, and develop programs to strengthen culture and employee engagement.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in People/HR roles, with 5+ years leading both People Operations and Talent Acquisition at a high-growth company.
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling people systems, including recruiting, performance management, compensation, and engagement.
- Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with experience building dashboards and defining KPIs.
Preferred:
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams across people and talent functions.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and influence leaders.
Benefits
- Total cash compensation range of $350,000 - $425,000.
- Eligible for equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, and 401(k).
