You will define and lead compelling visions for Data Cloud, own the long-term growth strategy, and build a high-performing team that aligns with Salesforce's core values.
About You
Required:
Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics.
Proven experience in leading strategic sales teams at national or global levels.
Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Ability to drive organizational transformation and implement continuous improvements.
Deep experience in managing relationships within highly matrixed organizations.
Strong operational and analytical skills.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred:
Experience in translating technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.
Strong customer success orientation and relationship-building skills.
