About the Role
As a SWCC Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, maintaining doctrinal materials, and supporting NSWG-4 training initiatives. You will work in various environments, including business offices and remote locations, and may require travel to overseas locations. The position demands physical fitness and the ability to work in confined spaces.
About You
Required:
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- Minimum of five years of prior military special operations experience within the last ten years.
- Relevant combat experience in a SOF Military Occupational Specialty.
- 3+ years of experience training forces in weapons handling, marksmanship, and urban combat.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills and client focus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain Quattro liability insurance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Navy Special Operations boat unit.
- Experience as a range safety officer.
- Experience with conducting close quarters combat training.
- Experience developing training doctrine.
- SOF Qualification and SERE course completion.
