Summary
Synechron is seeking a SWIFT Payments SME to join their team in Richmond, VA. The role involves developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals related to SWIFT software.
About the Role
As a SWIFT Payments SME, you will be responsible for ensuring that SWIFT provided software is installed, configured, and supported to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. You will facilitate team planning ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to existing test suites. Your role will also involve collaborating with teams, influencing decisions, and tracking the effectiveness of solutions through KPIs.
About You
Required:
- 5-10+ years in the Technology industry.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing SWIFT products.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills.
- 1+ years of experience with Agile project delivery.
- 3+ years experience managing completion of application related documentation to meet risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of ISO20022 Payment Format.
- Knowledge of US RTP, SEPA Instant, Fed Now or relevant Realtime payment processing formats.
- Experience in Alliance Messaging Hub.
- Experience with SWIFT Hardware Security Modules.
