Medtronic is seeking a Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager to join their team in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. The role involves driving patient engagement and therapy adoption for the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System.
About the Role
As a Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager, you will be responsible for territory and account development, sales execution, customer engagement, training and development, and compliance and reporting. Your daily tasks will include driving patient referrals, promoting the Symplicity therapy, building relationships with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records of account activity.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience or 3 years of Medtronic Clinical Specialist experience
Preferred:
Proven success in pharmaceuticals or high growth direct to consumer sales
Experience in direct-to-consumer or community-based sales models
Background in launching new therapies or products
Familiarity with cardiovascular or hypertension markets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and flexibly in ambiguous environments
Graduate of Medtronic PRIME program
