FGS Global is seeking a Head of Customer Success, AI+ Labs to lead their Success Team, driving consultant adoption and measurable business impact from Labs capabilities across North America and Europe.
About the Role
As the Head of Customer Success, you will build and scale a team of approximately 5 specialists, define global customer success strategies, establish scalable success frameworks, and drive consultant adoption of Labs tools. Your responsibilities will include team leadership, user adoption and enablement, collaboration with practice teams, gathering feedback and insights, developing business cases, and overseeing support operations.
About You
Required:
8+ years in customer success, user success, enablement, training, or related fields.
3+ years leadership experience building and managing teams.
Proven track record driving adoption for software products or platforms.
Experience in consulting or professional services.
Strong analytical skills with ability to track metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Preferred:
Experience scaling global Customer Success organizations.
Strong understanding of AI solution architectures and business applications of AI.
Experience designing and delivering training programs and enablement materials.
