Summary
SoFi is seeking a System Administration Analyst to join their Workforce Management group in Cottonwood Heights, UT. The role involves administering and optimizing workforce management tools and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
About the Role
As a System Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing systems such as Genesys, Intradiem, Verint, DPA, Jira, and Confluence. Your tasks will include managing system access, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity, and developing system documentation. You will also support testing and deployment of enhancements and serve as a point of contact for WFM projects.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience using Verint as a desktop Administrator or Verint Data Analyst.
- Experience with Verint scorecards, desktop analytics, and WFM tools.
- Knowledge of telephony, IVR, and ACD routing.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data mining and reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience with Intradiem, Genesys, Verint, DPA.
- Skilled in Confluence, Jira, and Compass.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead meetings.
