About the Role
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems. You will monitor system performance, implement upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives. The position requires physical handling of IT equipment and direct communication with customers to resolve issues.
About You
Required:
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with system administration or BS degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical disciplines.
- Experience with conducting routine system administration tasks and logging data in system admin logs.
- Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks, including high volume or high availability systems.
- Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions.
