Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lead System Analyst to join their team in Camp Pendleton South, CA. The role involves developing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of plans and procedures for military organizations to enhance decision-making based on data.
About the Role
As a Lead System Analyst, you will oversee Exercise Control operations, plan and supervise simulation design, and collaborate with defense mission professionals to enhance training readiness for the Marine Corps. You will create training recommendations and develop rich content using after action and training systems, ensuring a realistic training experience.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in conducting exercise design and control, or 7+ years of experience in conducting exercise design and control in lieu of a degree.
Experience overseeing Exercise Control (EXCON) operations as a subject matter expert in exercise design and control.
Knowledge of Marine Corps live, virtual, and constructive training systems.
Ability to lead a team of high performing exercise support personnel.
Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Secret clearance.
Preferred:
Experience as an operations officer or chief of an infantry battalion.
Knowledge of Marine Corps Planning Process.
Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems.
Completion of Service Level Schools operations officer or chief courses.
Joint Terminal Attack Controller Certification.
