About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field or related technical field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance.
- Knowledgeable of system integration processes, test strategies, and tools.
- 6+ years of experience with hardware and software integration in complex systems.
- Knowledge of test methodologies, test planning, and test execution.
- 3+ years of experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and related tools such as SysML.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience in technical team environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Experience as integration and test lead for space payload systems.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnostic techniques.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and their application in testing environments.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to systems integration and test.
- Understanding of risk management processes related to system integration and testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
