About the Role
As a System Process Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating customer service, leadership, and communication skills while collaborating with site leadership to meet organizational goals. You will facilitate improvement activities, provide lean training, and coach staff in process improvement methodologies. Your role will also include managing multiple projects, supporting quality efforts, and capturing cost benefits from improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, applied sciences or related field.
- Five years of experience in quality engineering/process improvement or related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, applied sciences or related field.
- Three years of experience in a healthcare environment.
