Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field with hands-on experience in real-time systems programming.
Strong proficiency in C/C++/Rust including multi-threaded programming, memory management, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience with video encoding/decoding technologies (H.264, H.265, NVENC/NVDEC), WebRTC implementation, and low-latency network programming using UDP/TCP protocols.
