As a System Support Specialist, you will provide support to distributed PC/networking environments, including installation, testing, repair, and troubleshooting for PCs linked to networks, printers, and other peripherals. You will perform technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers, install and test personal computers and peripherals, configure operating systems, and troubleshoot computer problems. You will also provide help desk functions via email, phone, or in person.

About You

Required:

Experience providing direct end-user support for the applications being supported, including both telephone support and on-site assistance to users.
Hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment of the applications being supported.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Pleasant telephone manner.

Preferred:

Prior teaching/training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications.
