About the Role
As a System Administrator Level 2, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing system infrastructure, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and ensuring the reliability and performance of UNIX and Windows operating systems. Your daily tasks will include configuring and managing operating systems, performing system optimization, and troubleshooting technical issues across servers, networks, and storage platforms.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma and 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems administration.
- Experience with configuration management, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with server, network, and storage management in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and communicate effectively with users and management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
