Summary
CACI International Inc is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team in Linthicum, MD. The role involves performing system engineering and administration functions, including cloud migration and infrastructure consolidation.
About the Role
As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Linux servers, monitoring and upgrading networking resources, assisting with security compliance, and documenting inventory changes. You will also support the installation of new hardware and software and help decommission obsolete systems.
About You
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Proficient with Linux, with a minimum of 2 years of Linux system administration experience.
- Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.
- VM experience
- Security+ certification
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Dell and HPE Linux servers.
- Experience with Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls.
- Knowledge of Ansible.
- Experience with Nutanix for VM management.
- Familiarity with Rubrik for data storage.
- Experience with Nomad containers.
- Knowledge of SALT scripts.
- Familiarity with LibreNMS and NetBox.
