About the Role
As a Senior Defense Mission Analyst, you will research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the advancement of Directed Energy technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding the work for Navy's Warfare Centers and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various teams. Your responsibilities will include evaluating complex systems and policies to combat current and future threats.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience leading DoD Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) or Science and Technology (S&T) technical programs.
- 10+ years of experience collaborating with teams across product management, engineering, design, finance, and marketing.
- 5+ years of experience defining and driving the strategic vision for technical programs.
- Knowledge of UAS and expeditionary forces applications.
- Ability to guide technical decisions and mitigate risks.
- Secret clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- 10+ years of experience leading Navy RDT&E or S&T technical programs.
- Knowledge of Directed Energy applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
