Summary

Summa Health is seeking a Systems Application Analyst III to join their team in a remote capacity. The role involves supporting the application team through design, build, testing, and customer support for product development.

About the Role

As a Systems Application Analyst III, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing applications, coordinating migrations and training, and providing customer support including troubleshooting. You will need to understand the workflows of Summa Health and maintain the electronic environment of specified service lines. The position requires prioritization of system initiatives in a collaborative team environment and ongoing mentorship as the main point of escalation for applications.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire.
Five (5) years of application support experience.

Preferred:

Healthcare experience.
Two (2) years project management experience and/or application lead experience.
