About You
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Good knowledge of manual rules and rating procedures for each line of business.
- Understanding of insurance processing systems and workflow.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- P&C license.
- AAM, AINS, AIS or similar Insurance Designations.
- Working knowledge of Virginia Farm Bureau & Countryway Applications.
- Degree in Business or IT.
- BA Certification.
