About the Role
As a Systems Drives Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting common problems, analyzing issues, executing product warranties, and providing remote support. You will also assist with part orders, interpret maintenance manuals, and build strong relationships with customers while adapting to changing job site situations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma with 5 years of technical work experience, or an Associate's degree with 3 years of technical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of technical work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the AC/DC drives area.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred:
- Experience in field service engineering for AC and DC coordinated drive systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write detailed technical service reports.
