Summary
FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer – Lighting Electronics to join their team in Northville, MI. The role focuses on guiding the overall application development for a complex next generation ECU.
About the Role
As a Lead Systems Engineer – Lighting Electronics, you will be responsible for guiding local application development as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating design support activities for production launches, managing technical changes for local and global teams, and providing technical support to customers on product architecture and capabilities.
About You
Required:
- +5 years experience developing products related to Lighting including electronics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 3+ years of experience supporting change management topics.
- Ability to manage cross-domain assignments and work in a cross-functional global team.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
Preferred:
- Experience working in cross-functional and multi-engineering discipline teams.
- Inter-cultural adaptability and collaboration.
