- Technical training in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and/or System Administration.
- 12 years of hands-on experience supporting Navy and Marine Corps programs.
- Experience in at least three of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, Training.
- Demonstrated leadership and recognition as an expert in software development lifecycle activities.
