About the Role
As a Systems Engineer, you will participate in the design and development of models for real-world weapons and systems. Your responsibilities will include performing mission analysis, gap analysis, and system requirements validation. You will also be tasked with identifying and addressing system defects and applying sound engineering practices to solve complex problems.
About You
Required:
- BS Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent STEM field with 4-5 years experience.
- Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, problem solving skills, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Static and Dynamic Systems.
- Experience with Monte Carlo analysis and distributed simulation techniques.
- Familiarity with Data Science Principles and Agile Development Process.
