About the Role
As a Systems Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for performing in a collaborative, dynamic small team environment, ensuring consistency of requirements, developing verification details, and supporting program Interim Design Reviews. You will also create systems engineering documentation such as feature description documents and Interface Control Documents.
About You
Required:
- Experience working with Agile teams leveraging Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience developing Systems Engineering artifacts (e.g. requirements, architecture, procedures, etc.).
- Current TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and proficiency with systems engineering toolsets.
- Experience with modern engineering practices such as Cross-Functional Agile teams and Capability-based planning.
- Experience with Systems Engineering tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to interact with software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied.
- Experience with Integration testing, software testing, system testing, and independent verification and validation.
