Summary

About the Role
As a Systems Engineering Architect, you will collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations to analyze and define business requirements, lead the architecture and design of robust systems, oversee implementation, resolve complex design issues, and mentor engineering teams. You will also participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and stay updated on new technologies.
About You
Required:
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and a Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
- Four-year college degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline, plus a minimum of 12 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in systems architecture and systems engineering.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of Data Links for military communications.
- Experience with various wireless hardware and software technologies.
- Experience with mission simulation software and physics-based analysis.
- Proficiency in design and modeling tools including DOORS and Cameo System Architect.
